Job Description:

This role is responsible for executing the delivery of Global Human Resources (GHR) pensions, benefit products and policies across the EMEA region. Job requirements include, but are not limited to, ensuring management of programs in line with the single process inventory standard and ensuring plans are administered to metric set standards. The role requires the implementation of governance standards and adherence to the laws, rules and regulations across the region. Partnership with Payroll, Finance and Vendor Management is also essential. 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage benefits escalations, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Oversee pension and benefits invoice reconciliation and processing, including tracking and reporting costs to Finance and Trustees.
  • Support vendor performance monitoring through scorecards and service reviews.
  • Identify and escalate benefit risks, partnering with stakeholders to drive remediation actions.
  • Collate and validate data for benefit tax and regulatory reporting (e.g. HMRC, Ireland requirements).
  • Provide regional support for EMEA benefits processes.
  • Perform data checks and monthly attestations to maintain strong controls and data integrity.
  • Ensure payroll-related benefit queries are resolved promptly to support accurate employee deductions.
  • Support annual enrolment activities, including benefit testing and communications to employees on leave of absence, ensuring all Benefits Service Delivery activities are delivered in line with defined standard operating procedures.

Experience/Competencies:

  • Benefits knowledge – good understanding of employee benefits, claims processes, eligibility rules, and operational processes
  • Attention to detail – able to manage data accurately, perform checks, and maintain a high level of quality control
  • Risk and control awareness – able to identify issues, assess impact, and escalate appropriately
  • Stakeholder management – confident working with vendors, HR, payroll, finance, and governance teams
  • Analytical skills – able to review data, identify discrepancies, and support reporting requirements
  • Organisation and prioritisation – able to manage multiple activities and deadlines effectively
  • Communication skills – able to respond clearly and professionally to queries and produce accurate communications
  • Process discipline – committed to delivering work in line with documented procedures and established controls
  • Problem-solving – able to investigate issues and coordinate timely resolutions with the right stakeholders
  • Collaboration – works effectively across teams and provides support across regional activities when required
